A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for families seeking senior care solutions. In this role you’ll use empathy and guidance to help caregivers explore the best care options for loved ones.

You'll work at home on an assigned shift, handling inbound, pre-screened leads and conducting initial consultations to educate families on options. Base salary, bonuses, and benefits support a rewarding, high‑impact role.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on phone and take notes on computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word and Excel; CRM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert resource for families on senior care options.
• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from a home office on an assigned schedule.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to communities/providers.
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after training.
