A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families exploring senior care options. You’ll combine empathy with guidance to help families find care that fits their loved ones.

Work remotely from your home office on an assigned shift, handle inbound leads, conduct initial consultations, educate families on options, and coordinate with providers after completing the training program.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on the phone while taking notes.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound, pre-screened leads from a home office as an inside sales rep.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to providers.
• Act as liaison between families and providers after training completion.
