A Place for Mom is hiring an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families seeking senior care solutions. You will guide families through options, conduct consultations, and help match them with suitable communities or providers from your home office.

The role requires empathy, goal orientation, and the ability to manage calls, consultations, and scheduling while meeting daily benchmarks. Competitive compensation includes base salary and incentive earnings, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on the phone and take notes on a computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills including Word and Excel; ability to learn CRM.

Responsibilities

• Be the expert resource for families on senior care options and deliver an exceptional experience.
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads remotely from home office as an inside sales representative.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to communities/home care providers.
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after training.
