A Place for Mom is the leading platform guiding families through every stage of the aging journey. As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will be the first contact for families seeking senior care solutions, using empathy and strategic guidance to help caregivers find the best options.

In this remote, 40-hour role, you will handle inbound leads, conduct consultations, educate families on customized care options, and coordinate with housing communities or providers after completing training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; talk on the phone while taking notes.

Responsibilities

• Work as an expert resource for families on senior care options.
• Take inbound pre-screened leads from home office as an inside sales rep.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and match to communities/providers.
• Serve as liaison between families and senior housing communities after training.
