Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first point of contact for families researching senior care options. This remote role requires empathy, product knowledge, and the ability to guide families to suitable communities and providers.

You will handle inbound leads from a home office, conduct consultations, educate families on options, and coordinate with senior housing providers after completion of training.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of inside sales/inbound call center experience.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask while taking notes on the computer.
• Strong computer skills including Word and Excel; familiarity with a CRM.
• Ability to work remotely with a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from families seeking senior care solutions.
• Conduct initial consultation calls with families.
• Educate families on customized senior care options and connect with communities.
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after training.
• Meet daily production benchmarks and schedule tours to drive move-ins.
