Job summary

A Place for Mom is seeking an Inbound Sales Representative to be the first contact for families seeking senior care solutions. In this remote role, aligned to Eastern Time, you will use empathy and guidance to help caregivers explore options.

You will handle inbound, pre-screened leads, conduct in-depth consultations, educate families on customized senior care options, and coordinate with senior housing communities after completing the 4‑week training program.

Qualifications

• Two or more years of experience in inside sales/inbound call center.
• History of exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to multitask; simultaneously talk on the phone and take notes on the computer.
• Strong computer and typing skills; ability to learn and navigate internal CRM.

Responsibilities

• Work in a growing, fast-paced industry as an expert resource for families on senior care options.
• Take inbound, pre-screened leads working remotely from your home office with a defined shift.
• Conduct in-depth initial consultation calls with families and educate them on options.
• Act as liaison between families and senior housing communities after training.
