Qualifications

• Moderate level of computer knowledge required.

• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
• Strong listening skills and excellent communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from enthusiastic callers.
• Prepare for calls by reading and following scripts.
• Demonstrate call control during interactions.
