Job summary

ACD Direct is seeking experienced Customer Service Professionals for their Winter Campaign Project in Albany, Georgia. This role involves answering inbound calls for non-profit organizations, particularly handling donation calls for PBS and NPR stations.

The campaign is projected to begin in late November 2015, with a certification process starting October 15th. The ideal candidates will have at least 6 months of telephone experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by answering inbound calls.
• Certify for the Winter Project by November 15th, 2015.
• Complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
