Job summary

A customer service provider is seeking independent contractors for their Winter Campaign. Agents will handle inbound calls, primarily taking donations for non-profit organizations like PBS and NPR. Candidates should have at least 6 months of telephone experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Certification is required before participation. This is a remote position based out of Maple Grove, Minnesota, with flexible hours and the potential for greater earnings during peak campaigns.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of formal telephone experience, preferably in call center.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls for customer service.
• Follow scripts and prepare independently for calls.
• Complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
