Job summary

A customer service organization is seeking experienced individuals for their Winter Campaign Project. As an Independent Contractor, you will provide customer service for nonprofits, primarily handling donations for PBS and NPR. Applicants must have at least 6 months of telephone experience, computer skills, and must type 40 WPM or more. Certification begins on October 15, 2015, and completion is required within 14 days. This position offers flexible work from home opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge is necessary.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision is essential.
• Must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to complete certification within 14 days of acceptance.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by answering inbound calls.
• Assist enthusiastic callers with donations for nonprofit organizations.
• Complete the entire certification process.
