Job summary

A customer service firm is seeking experienced professionals for its Winter Campaign Project, starting late November. Candidates must have 6+ months of formal telephone experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. As an Independent Contractor, you will be answering calls from enthusiastic donors. Certification will begin October 15th, 2015, and candidates should be ready by November 15th. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must type 40 WPM or higher.
• Strong listening skills and accuracy.
• Must complete the certification process within 14 days.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from enthusiastic callers.
• Provide customer service as an Independent Contractor.
• Participate in onboarding and certification process.
