Job summary

A customer service provider is looking for experienced professionals for a winter campaign starting in late November. As an Independent Contractor, you will handle inbound calls and must have a minimum of 6 months telephone experience. Candidates with strong communication skills and computer knowledge are preferred. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Great Smile and must demonstrate call control.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service responding to inbound calls.
• Prepare for calls by reading and following scripts.
• Complete the entire certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
