Candidates with at least 6 months of call center experience and strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Moderate level of computer knowledge.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must be self-directed and self-motivated.
• Strong listening skills.
• Accuracy and efficiency.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous call center experience a plus.
• Must demonstrate call control.
• Complete the entire certification process within 14 days of notification of acceptance.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service support by answering inbound calls.
• Take donations for PBS and NPR stations.
• Follow scripts and independently prepare for calls.
