Job summary

A customer service provider is seeking experienced individuals for a winter campaign role to handle customer calls for donations. This is an independent contractor position that requires a minimum of six months of telephone experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Successful candidates will complete a certification process before starting. Motivated individuals will have greater earning potential during this busy period from late November to December.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of telephone experience, preferably in a call center.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from clients' enthusiastic callers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to support donation calls.
• Complete the certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
