Job summary

A customer service agency is currently seeking experienced professionals for their upcoming Winter Campaign Project in Columbus, Georgia. This role involves answering inbound calls for donations, with key candidates having at least 6 months of telephone experience and strong communication skills. Selected agents will be certified to participate in the project, which begins in late November and has a potential for generous earnings. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Must be able to type 40 WPM or higher.
• Must demonstrate call control.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from enthusiastic callers.
• Complete the entire certification process within 14 days of acceptance.
