Job summary

A nonprofit service provider in Montana is seeking experienced customer service professionals for a Winter Campaign Project. Agents will take inbound calls, primarily donations for PBS and NPR. Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months formal telephone experience, preferably call center related.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Prepare for calls by reading and following scripts.
• Take donations for various non-profit organizations.
