Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to assist customers with debit card incentives, orders, and balances from a home-based setup. The role requires reliable BYOD equipment, secure internet, and a dedicated workspace.

Responsibilities include handling high call volumes, following scripts, identifying needs, resolving issues, and offering upsells. Training is provided, with shifts 8:00am–10:00pm (EST) and 20–40 hours weekly. EOE/Veterans/Disabled/LGBT employer.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or support experience preferred
• 3–6 months call center or office background is a plus
• Must be 18 years of age
• Background check required by state and federal laws

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound calls promptly
• Follow scripts for different topics
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives
• Access company resources to assist customers accurately
• Upsell products when opportunities arise
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency
• Be punctual and maintain attendance
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions
• Cross-train as needed
