The role handles debit card incentives, orders, and balances from home. BYOD is required with a dedicated workspace; training is provided and full-time or part-time hours are available across Mon-Fri with some weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age and background check required.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research and provide solutions.
• Access company resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency.
• Maintain punctuality and professional demeanor at all times.
• Cross-train as needed.
