Job summary

Five Star Solutions seeks agents to handle inbound calls from customers regarding goods and services with a helpful, professional attitude. This BYOD, work-at-home role supports clients on debit card incentives, orders, and balances.

Position is remote across listed states, with 7:00am–9:00pm CST shifts, Mon–Fri and every other weekend. Paid training spans 2–5 days. 20–40 hours weekly; first and last business day of each month must be available.

Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Basic computer skills.
• Able to work independently and learn quickly.
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills with active listening.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls promptly.
• Follow call scripts for different topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access company resources to resolve calls accurately.
• Upsell products when appropriate.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Be at your desk, punctual and present at scheduled times.
• Maintain a positive and professional tone with customers.
• Cross-train as needed.
