Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to handle inbound customer calls from home across participating states. The role supports debit card inquiries, orders, and balances with a focus on quality service and professionalism.

This BYOD position requires a dedicated workspace and reliable internet. Training is provided, with shifts 8:00am–8:00pm (EST), Monday–Friday, 16–40 hours per week, and a $14/hour base with an extra $1/hr for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3–6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Strong phone and verbal communication with active listening.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Background check may be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts when handling topics.
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Be available at your desk with punctuality and attendance.
