Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking agents to handle inbound calls from customers about goods and services, delivering high-quality service with a professional attitude while assisting clients on debit card incentives, orders and balances.

This BYOD, work-from-home role is open to residents in multiple states and offers shifts within a 7:00am–9:00pm CST window, paid training, and a base rate of $15 per hour plus a $1 differential for nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Prior 3-6 months customer service or call center experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills and quick learner able to work independently.
• Must be 18 years of age and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner.
• Follow scripts and identify customer needs to offer solutions.
• Research and provide accurate information using company resources.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise and stay professional throughout.
• Maintain punctuality and be available for scheduled times.
• Cross-train as requested.
