Job summary

parcelLab is hiring a fully remote Implementation Manager for the Eastern or Central Time Zones in the US. You will own the onboarding experience, guide data ingestion, and configure the platform to meet customer goals.

You’ll work with Success and Solutions teams to align on scope, while performing light technical triage and advocating for product improvements. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in SaaS implementations, strong project management skills, and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, or Technical Project Management within SaaS.
• Outstanding project, stakeholder, and expectation management skills.
• AI- and tech-savvy, with a strong interest in learning new technical skills.
• Familiarity with log management tools (Graylog, Kibana, Splunk) for troubleshooting.
• Basic understanding of scripting languages (JavaScript, Python, Bash) and HTML.
• Understanding of how e-commerce and last-mile logistics work.
• Data-driven mindset in supporting customer decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer's onboarding experience as the technical owner.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Solution Consulting to align on goals and scope.
• Gather customer goals and data ingestion requirements; define data transfer processes.
• Configure the solution and define rules using the trigger engine; adapt templates and AI tools.
• Perform light technical triage using logs, code references, and API documentation.
• Advocate for best practices and identify product improvements with cross-functional teams.
