OuterSignal is seeking an Implementation Lead to own the customer onboarding journey from contract to live, collaborating closely with brands to define use cases and ensure data readiness. The role is fully remote across the United States.

You'll partner with Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to build repeatable onboarding playbooks, scale with the team, and drive AI-enabled workflows that deliver measurable outcomes for each brand.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing role onboarding clients.
• Passion for AI and AI-native companies.
• Experience onboarding multiple stakeholders for mid-market accounts.
• Experience building Klaviyo flows and segments.
• Proficient with AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) regularly.
• Authored onboarding docs used by teams.
• Experience in a high-growth, early-stage environment.
• Consultative mindset, strong communicator, data-curious.

Responsibilities

• Own each new brand from signed contract to live, starting from the sales handoff.
• Own escalations during onboarding, partner with Sales and Engineering as needed.
• Get right people on brand's side involved early, from founders to retention team, through go-live.
• Run technical setup: Shopify, Klaviyo, ensure data is correct before go-live.
• Build use cases that match why each customer signed up.
• Transition accounts to its CSM with a clear handoff.
• Turn playbooks into scalable onboarding for mid-market/enterprise and share learnings.
• As the team grows, help train them on the playbooks you wrote.
• Build systems and tools that help us scale.
• Become the expert on our product and industry trends.
