Job summary

Centerbase is seeking a Director of Implementation to lead the Platform Implementation team, owning onboarding, migrations, and customer success across enterprise engagements. This remote role requires strong leadership, hands-on program management, and a focus on AI-enabled optimizations to accelerate value realization.

Qualifications

• 5+ progressive experience leading onboarding and implementation teams in B2B SaaS, including experience managing managers.
• Ability to travel periodically (10-20%).
• Experience introducing technology, including AI, to drive operational improvements.
• Experience leading Enterprise engagements.

Responsibilities

• Own our Blueprint implementation methodology and drive smooth engagements.
• Define and roll out onboarding programs as offerings expand.
• Maintain playbooks, project plans, and artifacts for consistent delivery.
• Oversee portfolio of customer engagements and inform senior leadership.
• Manage customer escalations during implementation.
• Governance and assist in Partner implementations.
• Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Product and Engineering to ensure positive experiences.
• Build and enhance data migration tooling leveraging AI-enhanced approaches.
• Expand training offerings (e-Learning, live training, webinars, Centerbase certs).
• Build and develop a world-class team with best practices and growth.
