Job summary

7Seventy is seeking an Implementation Specialist to own customer implementations from kickoff to go-live, guiding onboarding, training, and adoption for an AI-powered SaaS platform.

You will learn each customer's business, configure workflows and searches, create scalable playbooks, and collaborate with Product and Engineering to translate feedback into product improvements. Remote in the United States.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Implementation, Solutions Consulting, Customer Success, Technical Account Management or similar.
• Experience onboarding SaaS customers from kickoff through go-live.
• Experience working with customers and cross-functional teams during implementations.
• Experience in an early-stage startup environment with evolving processes.

Responsibilities

• Own customer implementations from kickoff through launch.
• Learn each customer's business, goals, and workflows; configure the platform accordingly.
• Build customer workflows, target audiences, and search configurations.
• Guide customers through onboarding, training, adoption, and go-live.
