Job summary

Partner Company, a technology partner focused on effective onboarding solutions, is seeking an experienced Implementation Lead to manage a remote-first team delivering customer success and operational excellence.

You will coach professionals, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to remove barriers in the customer journey while using data and feedback to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 6–8+ years in onboarding, implementation, customer success, or project management in a tech environment.
• 2+ years of direct people management experience with a data-driven approach.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote-first implementation team focused on customer success and operational excellence.
• Identify opportunities and improve processes using data and feedback.
• Coach and develop implementation professionals through one-on-ones and reviews.
