IPA - Innovative Product Achievements seeks an Implementation Engineer to drive the full onsite deployment of scrub and linen automation solutions from delivery through go-live. You will uncrate, install, network, and power systems, then train clinicians and staff to ensure sustainable operation.

The role involves traveling nationwide to hospitals and healthcare facilities, resolving technical issues in real time, and serving as a trusted resource for customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Answering customer needs with a service mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work from home when not onsite.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to install and configure equipment, networks, and software.
• Train clients on software and procedures to ensure successful go-lives.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues.
• Maintain proficiency with basic wiring, tools, and test equipment.
• Support system administration tasks including Linux basics and Clearview installation.
• Manage travel and expenses efficiently and keep accurate records.
• Provide proactive communication and documentation in Salesforce.
• Contribute to knowledge sharing and lessons learned for future projects.
