IPA - Innovative Product Achievements seeks an Implementation Engineer to lead on-site installations at hospitals nationwide. You will uncrate, install, program, network, and train staff to ensure successful go-live while traveling up to 80%.

You will troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues, support Linux-based tasks, and document progress in Salesforce. This full-time, remote-friendly role offers $34.25–$37.01 per hour plus an annual performance bonus, with a clear path

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
• Problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex issues with enthusiasm.
• Service-oriented mindset, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills and adaptability to different audiences.
• Willingness to travel ~80% and work from a home office.
• Ability to lift 100 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Valid driver's license and immunization requirements for hospital access.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to execute installations — uncrating, transporting, positioning equipment, and connecting power/data.
• Serve as IPA face onsite, introducing users to new equipment and processes.
• Train clients on software and procedures for post-go-live success.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues during implementations and escalations.
• Maintain proficiency with wiring, tools, and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Assist system administration tasks, including Linux basics and Salesforce/configuration.
• Perform preventative maintenance with focus on long-term health of client programs.
• Document progress and communicate updates via Salesforce.
