IPA - Innovative Product Achievements is seeking an Implementation Engineer to be the hands-on face of IPA at customer sites, delivering scrub and linen automation solutions from delivery through go-live. You will lead full onsite implementations, uncrating equipment, installing, networking, powering up systems, and training customers to ensure long-term success.

Travel to hospitals nationwide is required, with a focus on hardware, software, electrical, mechanical, and networking skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; field technician experience ideal.
• A problem-solver who enjoys tackling complex issues with enthusiasm.
• Service-oriented mindset, comfortable working with staff at all levels, including executives.
• Strong communication skills adaptable to different audiences.
• Familiarity troubleshooting mechanical, electrical, and networking issues and eagerness to learn.
• Ability to travel at least 80% of the time and work independently from a home office.
• Valid driver's license and immunizations for hospital access.

Responsabilités

• Travel onsite to install and configure equipment, connect power/data, program and network systems.
• Be the face of IPA onsite, guiding end users through new hardware and processes.
• Train clients on software, procedures, and troubleshooting for long-term success.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues during implementations and escalations.
• Maintain proficiency with wiring, tools, and test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes).
• Assist system administration tasks including Linux basics and Clearview installation.
• Conduct preventative maintenance focusing on overall program health, not just individual machines.
• Provide proactive, clear communication with daily progress updates and proper documentation in Salesforce.
