Job summary

IPA - Innovative Product Achievements seeks an Implementation Engineer to lead on-site installations for hospitals nationwide. You will uncrate, install, network, and power systems, then train clinicians and administrators to ensure long-term success.

You will travel up to 80% nationwide, troubleshoot hardware and software, and collaborate with project teams to deliver a seamless customer experience across hardware, software, and networking domains.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent; field technician experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and customer-facing skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work independently.
• Comfort with hardware, software, and networking troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to perform installations, including uncrating, positioning, wiring, and powering.
• Serve as the on-site IPA representative for customers and end users.
• Train clients on software and procedures for long-term success.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, firmware, and networking issues during implementations.
