Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school preferred; field technician experience ideal.
• Problem-solving mindset with enthusiasm for tackling complex issues.
• Service-oriented mindset for diverse stakeholders.
• Strong communication across audiences.
• Willingness to travel 80% of the time; valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Travel onsite to execute installations and complete implementations.
• Act as the face of IPA at hospitals and healthcare facilities.
• Train clients on software and procedures; troubleshoot issues.
• Resolve hardware, software, firmware, and networking challenges.
• Maintain proficiency with wiring, tools, and test equipment.
• Support system administration tasks including Linux and Clearview installation.
