TeamBuilder is a growing healthcare SaaS company focused on modernizing scheduling and workforce management. We seek an Implementation Coordinator/Analyst to help deliver a seamless onboarding experience for enterprise clients.

This role is fully remote within the U.S., reporting to the Implementation Manager, with collaboration across Product and Data teams. Ideal candidates bring strong Excel/Sheets skills and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in an implementation support or coordinator role.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Assist implementation team in gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Support discovery sessions to understand customers' systems and data structures.
• Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration.
• Configure platform settings per documented requirements.
• Support testing and validation of configurations and data migration.
