Job summary

Hallmark Health Care Solutions, Inc is seeking an Implementation Analyst to join the Physician Enterprise team. This remote/hybrid role supports clients during implementation, providing guidance, support, and analytics to ensure successful deployments of the Physician Enterprise Suite.

Reporting to the Director of Implementation, you will collaborate with an experienced team in a fast-paced environment, handle complex data, build compensation models, and help drive quality outcomes for

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a provider compensation role, preferably on an implementation team.
• Experience with project management activities: scoping, discovery, configuration.
• Proficient with MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Understand the complete provider compensation/physician enterprise solution.
• Identify client requirements and system dependencies.
• Collaborate with the implementation team to build client-specific compensation models.
• Excel proficiency to manage a high volume of work.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Coordinate and work with others in a demanding, client-focused environment.
