TeamBuilder is seeking multiple Implementation Coordinators to help elevate the onboarding experience for our healthcare SaaS customers. This fully remote role is open to U.S.-based applicants (no sponsorship).

You will work with the implementation team to gather requirements, prepare data for migration, configure settings, and support testing to ensure successful deployments. Ideal candidates are organized, detail-oriented, and communicative, with 1–3 years in a related role and an interest in

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in a support, administrative, or coordinator role (internships or relevant coursework considered).
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.

Responsabilités

• Support discovery sessions to understand customers' current systems, processes, and data structures.
• Prepare, clean, and validate customer data for migration or integration.

This role is FULLY REMOTE, though you MUST reside within the U.S.

Your Responsibilities:

Must Haves:

• Interest in healthcare operations or SaaS platforms.

Even Better if you have:

• Experience with healthcare-specific platforms (e.g., EMRs/EHRs, WFM tools, scheduling systems, Epic).
• Basic knowledge of data integration tools (e.g., ETL tools) is a bonus.

• Job Type: Full-time, Exempt
• Location: Remote, must be flexible to work across time-zones.
