C8 Health seeks an experienced Implementation Consultant to oversee onboarding, configuration, and integrations for healthcare clients. You will manage a portfolio of client projects, coordinating with Customer Success Managers to ensure high adoption and timely go-lives.

Required: 4+ years in implementation, SSO/SAML, SFTP, and API integration with hospital IT teams. Remote-first role with occasional domestic travel (1–2 days per month). Join a fast-growing startup shaping care delivery.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in implementation or technical onboarding.
• 4+ years working with clinicians or administrators in hospital-based healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Conduct technical discovery and scoping to drive high-quality outcomes for each implementation phase.
• Manage platform configuration for each client on schedule with high-quality experience.
• Own technical coordination for SSO, SFTP, and API integration workstreams with hospital IT teams.
• Drive stakeholder accountability across clients and internal teams, ensuring deliverables for each phase.
• Collaborate with Customer Success Manager to align expectations, plan customizations, and surface risks.
• Build and improve the implementation process with phase gates, milestones, and repeatable steps.
