Job summary

Qventus, Inc. is seeking an Implementation Success Analyst for remote work to drive deployment of the Perioperative Care Coordination solution. You will collaborate with ISPs, manage timelines, track tasks, analyze data, and ensure go-live success across deployments.

The role requires at least 2 years in project or program management for large-scale SaaS implementations, strong analytical skills, and experience with EHR systems. Travel up to 50% is expected, with ~25% average.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in project or program management for large-scale SaaS deployments.
• Experience working cross-functionally to manage end-to-end project lifecycles.
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
• Proficient in documenting and analyzing data with SQL/JAVA or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage deployment timelines and ensure on-time, on-scope delivery of all milestones.
• Collaborate with Implementation Success Partners, Customer Success Partners, Architects, and Product Managers to maximize client value.
• Assist with risk identification, mitigation, and escalation throughout the deployment lifecycle.
• Create documentation and communications using EHR knowledge to drive user adoption.
• Support ISPs with technical and operational tasks to ensure successful go-live.
