Job summary

TopDog Law is a fully remote, nationwide personal injury firm seeking a Case Manager who owns the client relationship from the Welcome Call through settlement. You will act as the dedicated advocate, swiftly connecting clients with needed care and guiding them through a high-stakes process with empathy and precision.

Key duties include driving cases forward with urgency, building compelling demand packages, and using cutting-edge technology to keep every detail accurate.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Illinois.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement and manage the Welcome Call.
• Be the client's dedicated advocate, connecting them to care and guiding them through the process.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision through each phase.
• Build demand packages that advocate for favorable outcomes.
• Be the source of truth on every case using technology to stay sharp and fast.
• Maintain ownership and accountability for major outcomes in the firm.
