TopDog Law is a fully remote personal injury firm scaling nationally, seeking a dedicated professional to own client relationships from intake through settlement. You will advocate for clients, coordinate care, and move cases forward with urgency, precision, and empathy.

This role emphasizes ownership, integrity, and collaboration across a fast-moving team. Ideal candidates have 2–6 years in Personal Injury pre-litigation, strong organization, and experience with high-volume caseloads.

Qualifications

• This role requires handling personal injury pre-litigation matters with attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication is essential for client advocacy.
• Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
• Experience in a fast-paced law firm with teamwork and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement and Welcome Call.
• Act as the client's advocate, guiding them through care and the process with empathy.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision through all phases.
• Build demand packages and leverage technology to maintain accuracy.
• Ensure accurate case documentation and expected outcomes for clients.
