Job summary

TopDog Law is a nationally scaling personal injury firm offering remote work and a culture of ownership. We seek a Case Manager who will own the client relationship from day one through settlement, helping clients navigate through the process with empathy and efficiency.

You will drive cases forward with urgency, build persuasive demand packages, and stay the trusted source of truth using top-tier case management technology.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters in Illinois.
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience requesting, reviewing, and summarizing medical records and bills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently while collaborating with a team.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from day one through settlement and manage the Welcome Call.
• Act as the client's dedicated advocate, connecting them to the right care promptly.
• Drive cases forward with urgency and precision through each phase.
• Build demand packages that tell a compelling story and negotiate outcomes.
• Be the source of truth on every case, leveraging technology to stay sharp.
• This is a full ownership role with significant impact on firm results.
