Job summary

TopDog Law is seeking a Case Manager to own the client relationship from day one through settlement. You will be the client’s advocate, connecting them with care and guiding them through a high-stakes process with empathy and efficiency.

In a fully remote environment, you’ll drive cases forward, craft clear case narratives, review medical records, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure exceptional outcomes for clients and the firm.

Qualifications

• 2–6 years of experience supporting Personal Injury pre-litigation matters.
• Experience handling high-volume caseloads in a fast-paced setting.
• Proven ability to review and summarize medical records and bills.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from intake through settlement.
• Act as dedicated advocate connecting clients to care and guiding them through the process.
• Move cases forward with urgency and precise documentation.
• Build compelling case narratives and leverage technology to stay organized.
• Maintain ownership without hand-offs, ensuring client confidence.
