Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for a major hyperscale account, ensure client satisfaction, and manage SLAs while coordinating cross-functionally.

You will interpret MSAs/SOWs, oversee invoicing and reporting, and drive value through exceptional service; travel across the United States is required as needed, with hybrid office/remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships and program execution.
• Ability to interpret commercial contracts (MSAs/SOWs) and support invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with good time management.
• Bachelor’s degree is highly encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the primary contact and manage SLAs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure asset receipt, processing, and reconciliation.
• Interpret MSAs/SOWs, scope projects, and oversee third-party vendors for warranty and disposal.
• Prepare quarterly business reviews and manage monthly client invoicing.
