Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for one of our most important hyperscale accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering world-class service as you manage relationships and operations.

You will interpret MSAs/SOWs, oversee invoicing and vendor coordination, and drive data-driven reporting while collaborating across teams to maintain service excellence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing client relationships and driving program execution.
• Ability to interpret MSAs and SOWs and perform data analysis for client reporting packages.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships: be the primary contact, respond to inquiries, outline SLAs and coordinate alignment meetings.
• Drive operational execution: ensure assets are received, processed, reconciled, and discrepancies addressed.
• Manage commercial agreements: interpret MSAs/SOWs, oversee invoicing, and coordinate with third-party vendors.
