Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will serve as the single point of contact for one hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service through independent judgment and collaboration across internal teams.

You will interpret MSAs/SOWs, manage invoicing, and generate quarterly business reviews. The role requires the ability to travel across the United States and thrive in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs and manage invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication with time management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; ability to travel across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships and serve as primary contact for inquiries and SLAs.
• Drive operational execution across cross-functional teams and reconcile discrepancies.
• Manage commercial agreements, MSAs/SOWs, and oversight of third-party vendors.
• Prepare monthly invoicing and Quarterly Business Reviews, and submit settlement reports.
