Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team in the United States. As the single point of contact for one of our top hyperscale accounts, you will ensure client satisfaction, manage SLAs, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver world-class service.

You will interpret MSAs/SOWs, oversee invoicing and monthly settlement reports, and generate quarterly business reviews while traveling across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs and oversee invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and time management.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Relationships: primary contact, respond to inquiries, manage SLAs.
• Drive Operational Execution: ensure assets are received, processed, and reconciled.
• Manage Commercial Agreements: interpret MSAs/SOWs, monitor project scope and vendors.
• Oversee Financial Reporting: generate QBRs, manage invoicing and monthly settlements.
