Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for a major hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and world-class service quality.

In this role you will manage client relationships, oversee MSAs/SOWs, coordinate with internal teams, and drive accurate financial reporting and invoicing. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and US travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience managing client relationships and driving program execution.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs and provide accurate client reporting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong time management.

Responsibilities

• Lead Client Relationships: be the primary contact for inquiries and SLAs.
• Drive Operational Execution: coordinate cross-functional asset processing and discrepancies.
• Manage Commercial Agreements: interpret MSAs/SOWs and oversee project scope.
• Oversee Financial Reporting: prepare QBRs, invoices, and monthly settlements.
