Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will be the single point of contact for a major hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and world-class service quality.

You will manage relationships, interpret MSAs/SOWs, oversee invoicing, and drive cross-functional collaboration to deliver accurate data pipelines and quarterly business reviews. This role supports remote/hybrid work within the United States.

Qualifications

• Account management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to interpret MSAs/SOWs and manage invoicing.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organization.
• Bachelor's degree; willingness to travel domestically.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the primary point of contact and ensure client satisfaction.
• Drive operational execution by coordinating cross-functional teams and reconciling assets.
• Manage commercial agreements, MSAs/SOWs, project scoping, and vendor oversight.
• Oversee financial reporting including monthly invoicing and settlement reporting.
