Job summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Hyperscale Account Manager to join our Data Center team. You will act as the single point of contact for a key hyperscale account, ensuring client satisfaction and high-quality service while guiding cross-functional teams and managing data pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree strongly encouraged and relevant business education preferred.
• Experience in managing client relationships and programs in fast-paced settings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Ability to travel throughout the United States is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead client relationships as the primary contact, align SLAs, and coordinate internal teams.
• Drive operational execution by ensuring assets are received, processed and reconciled; address discrepancies.
• Manage commercial agreements, MSAs/SOWs, and oversee project scoping with vendors.
• Gather data for quarterly reviews, manage monthly invoicing, and prepare settlement reports.
