Novogradac & Company LLP is seeking a Junior Property Compliance Analyst to support Section 42 tenant file reviews with a focus on 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility. Under close supervision, you will learn regulatory standards and apply established procedures.

The role offers flexibility with some remote or hybrid work options; travel may be required 25-35% as needed. You will work in a collaborative team, meet deadlines, and contribute to accurate compliance reporting.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in Section 42, Section 8, or related programs with focus on 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; certification within two years of employment preferred.
• Knowledge of HOTMA and related housing compliance requirements.

Responsabilités

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients.
• Identify and address potential problem areas during engagements.
• Research federal/state regulations and apply findings under supervision.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a deadline-driven environment.
• Support other duties and projects as assigned.
