You will follow guidelines to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance while developing expertise in affordable housing standards.

Position may be located in multiple cities or offered remote/hybrid options; travel up to 25-35% may be required. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Section 42 or other government housing programs, with focus on 24 CFR Part 5.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; certifications like COS/HCCP are a plus.
• Ability to obtain applicable certification within two years.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports.
• Identify and elevate potential problem areas during engagements.
• Conduct research related to federal/state compliance regulations under supervision.
• Meet productivity and accuracy standards in a deadline-driven environment.
