Qualifications

• High school diploma required; at least 1 year of relevant Section 42/8 experience or related housing programs.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; willingness to obtain certifications within 2 years.
• Knowledge of HOTMA and 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility is needed.
• Strong verbal and written communication; detail-oriented and deadline-driven.

Responsibilities

• Perform pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews per guidelines.
• Identify potential issues and escalate with supervisory guidance.
• Conduct regulatory research on federal/state housing rules.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy under oversight.
• Collaborate with team; meet deadlines; support multiple clients.
